IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ｜ International Money Transfer Service

Customers who have signed up for the International Money Transfer Service are required to register their individual number pursuant to the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures and the Act on Submission of Statement of Overseas Wire Transfers for Purpose of Securing Proper Domestic Taxation.

* Customers who had signed up for the International Money Transfer Service before the individual number system started (before December 31, 2015) are also required to submit a document related to their individual number. The individual number document can be submitted via the International Money Transfer App. Please note that the data of the documents submitted via this app cannot be returned.

* The following documents are not acceptable as number confirmation documents.

Please submit the following (1)～ (3) using the return envelope and mail it to us by post (no stamp necessary)
