Discontinued Services/Changes
In addition to new service changes, there are some services which were discontinued or changed.
Discontinued (Abolished) Services, etc.
The following services were discontinued (abolished) as of 23:30 on January 10, 2014 (Fri).
- ■Authentication Based on Registered Seal or Signature
For customers using the Direct Banking Service, authentication based on a registered seal or signature was abolished and the relevant procedures are mainly handled via the Direct Banking Service.
Those procedures that are not handled via the Direct Banking Service include verification of the customer's identity as prescribed by Seven Bank, such as the submission of identity verification documents, telephone confirmation and other alternatives to using a registered seal.
- ■Telephone Banking Service
Telephone Banking, that is, transactions using an automated voice via the telephone, was discontinued.
Operator assistance is still be available.
- ■Quick Logon Function
The quick logon function used with Mobile Banking on mobile phones (excluding smartphones) was discontinued.
You must enter your logon ID and logon password every time you use the service.
- ■Email Address for Inquiries (helpdesk@sevenbank.co.jp)
The email address (helpdesk@sevenbank.co.jp) used for inquiries was discontinued.
Use the Direct Banking Service inquiry form.
- ■Transfer Limit per Transaction
The "Transfer Limit per Transaction" was abolished, but the Daily Usage (Domestic Money Transfer) Limit remains unchanged.

- ■Seven Bank Account and Seal Registration Application Form (Only for Individual Customers)
The "Seven Bank Account and Seal Registration Application Form (Only for Individual Customers)" that is available next to Seven Bank ATMs will be removed, and a pamphlet guide for opening a Seven Bank account (Applying via the Seven Bank website) will be available. (Available around January 20, 2014)
Changed Services, etc.
Part of the following services will was changed as of 0:00 on January 14, 2014 (Tue).
- ■Incompatible Mobile Phone Models
We changed the mobile phone models (excluding smartphones) which cannot use Mobile Banking.

- ■Enable/Disable Notification Emails
Part of the notification email settings was changed. More information can be found here (Japanese only).
