You can change your address, telephone number, occupation, and other information by going to "Customer Service" through the Direct Banking Service.

You can register or change your email address from "Customer Service" through the Direct Banking Service.

Please contact the Contact Center if you change your name.
Information will be provided about changing your name and having a cash card reissued.
Balance Certificate Issuance
Please contact the Contact Center if you would like a Balance Certificate. Balance certificate issue fees are as follows - "Irregular issue: 1,100 Yen for 1 certificate (including consumption tax, etc.)."
Contact CenterTermination of Account
Please contact the Contact Center if you wish to terminate an account. You will be mailed an account closing form. We will transfer all deposits plus interest to an account of another bank with the current account holder's name (Seven Bank will pay the transfer fee). All Time Deposits held will be subject to cancellation before maturity.
