Reissuance of cash cards
- -You can apply for the reissuance of a cash card from "Customer Service" under the Direct Banking Service.
- -A card to be reissued will be the same type as the one you currently have. If you have a card with an old design, you will receive a reissued card with a design that is available at the time of reissuance.
If you file an application for reissuing a card a few weeks before the design renewal (November 1, 2023), you may receive a cash card with a design that is different from the one you chose upon application.
Cash Card with Debit Card Service
You have a Standard Card or Traditional Card. → A Standard Card with a new design will be reissued.
You have a Bonolon Cash Card. → A Bonolon Cash Card with a new design will be reissued.
Cash Card without Debit Card Service
You have a Seven Bank Logo Card or Girl's Card. → A Standard Card with a new design will be reissued.
You have a Bonolon Cash Card. → A Bonolon Cash Card with a new design will be reissued.
Cash Card with Debit Card Service ( w/ nanaco)
- ＊Traditional Cards will no longer be issued after the design renewal (November 1, 2023).
Cash Cards with Debit Card Service with new designs incorporate the contactless payment function. If you wish to use this function, please file an application on or after November 1, 2023.
Cash Card without Debit Card Service
- ＊Girl's Cards will no longer be issued after the design renewal (November 1, 2023).
