■Procedure for opening an account and issuing a cash card

  • (1)Expected date for mailing out a card when opening an account online using 《Direct Banking Service》

  • The above is the expected date for mailing out a card if the customer has not been contacted by Seven Bank.

    Note that the mailing date may change (be delayed) if the customer is contacted by Seven Bank.

    In addition, note that the cash card may actually take more time than normal to be delivered to the customer.

  • (3)Application for opening an account and reissuance of cash card by mail

If the bank account application form arrives at Seven Bank between Thursday, December 24 and Monday, January 4, it may take up to 2 weeks before the cash card is delivered.

In addition, note that if the Request for Re-issue of Cash Card arrives at Seven Bank at the same time, it may take between 1 and 2 weeks before the cash card is delivered.

■Mail sent from Seven Bank

Note that any "Notification of temporary PIN" postcard or other mail sent from Seven Bank between Monday, December 28 and Tuesday, January 5 may take between 1 and 2 weeks (after the customer's application is submitted) before it is delivered.

In addition, the customer can submit a request for reissuing a temporary PIN using Direct Banking Service.

■Mailing statements issued for January

Statements issued for January 2016 are scheduled to be mailed out on Tuesday, January 12.

■Reporting lost or stolen cash cards

Our Telephone Center is available 24 hours a day during the New Year holiday in the event that you need to report a lost or stolen Seven Bank cash card.
Furthermore, the customer can suspend the cash card by using Direct Banking Service.
