Change of the Agreement Procedure for the Loan Service
We will change our agreement procedure for the Loan Service as follows and implement the new procedure as from Thursday, January 4, 2018.
【Agreement procedure after the completion of the screening process】
■Customers who have completed the application procedure by Wednesday, January 3, 2018
These customers are requested to log in to the Direct Banking Service page and take steps by themselves to complete the agreement procedure.
■Customers who have completed the application procedure on or after Thursday, January 4, 2018
Seven Bank takes steps to complete the agreement procedure after the necessary process is performed.
From Thursday, January 4, 2018, onward, information posted on the Seven Bank website, included in emails to our customers or displayed after the log-in to the Direct Banking Service page, will be based on the change in the agreement procedure as described above.
Please note that customers who have completed the application procedure for the Loan Service by Wednesday, January 3, 2018, will be requested to take steps by themselves to complete the agreement procedure after the screening process is completed.
We will continue our efforts to guarantee our customers' safety and convenience in using Seven Bank accounts.
