Availability of Customer Services During the 10-Day Holiday Period
The availability of customer services during the 10-day holiday period from Saturday, April 27, to Monday, May 6, 2019, is as detailed below.
■Procedures for opening an account and issuing a cash card

*We will send you a cash card on the scheduled date indicated in (1) or (2) if we receive no inquiry from you. Please note that the date of sending the card will be changed (delayed) if we receive an inquiry from you.

*It may take more time than usual for the card to be delivered to you due to transportation conditions. The date of sending the card may be subject to change depending on the type of card you apply for or the status of processing with our in-house procedure. We appreciate your understanding.

2.If you file an application by post
If we receive an application for opening an account between Friday, April 12 and Wednesday, May 8, it may take about four weeks for a cash card with debit card service or about three weeks for a cash card without debit card service to be delivered to you.
If we receive an application for reissuance of a cash card during this period, it may take about three to four weeks for a cash card with debit card service or two to three weeks for a cash card without debit card service to be delivered to you.

■Postal items and telephone communications on customer services
Please note that, for postal items such as "Notice of Temporary PIN" which we will send you between Thursday, April 25 and Wednesday, May 8, it may take about two weeks to be delivered to you after you file an application. It may also take more days than usual for you to receive our communications by phone regarding our services and procedures. We appreciate your understanding.
You can have a temporary PIN reissued via the Direct Banking Service.
■Sending of paper statements to be issued in May 2019
The scheduled date of sending paper statements to be issued in May 2019 is Wednesday, May 15.
■Report of the loss or theft of a cash card
Our Customer Center will continue to accept calls for reporting the loss or theft of cash cards 24 hours during the 10-day holiday period.
You can cancel your lost or stolen cash card by yourself via the Direct Banking Service.
■Notice of Result of Screening for Loan Service
If you apply for a new loan during or immediately before the 10-day holiday period, we will notify you of the screening result within about four days from Tuesday, May 7, 2019.
