[Important] Notice of Unavailability of Services due to System Maintenance

Thank you for your continuous support to Seven Bank.
Due to system maintenance, some of our products and services will be suspended during the following dates and hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

1. Planned system maintenance

Tuesday, January 10, 2023, from 01:00 AM to 07:00 AM

2. Products and services temporarily unavailable during the maintenance

ATM transactions and debit card functions will be available.

  • (1)Direct Banking Service
    All services including balance inquiries, domestic money transfers, customer services, applications for opening of accounts or the loan service, and inquiries, will be unavailable.
  • (2) My Seven Bank App
    The App will not accept log-ins.
  • (3)International Money Transfer App
    The following functions will be unavailable: log-in to the Direct Banking Service; initial registration for the Direct Banking Service; transferring money; applying to open an account; checking remittance status; check remittance history; managing money transfers; applying to add or delete a receiver; and applying for the debit card service.
    Exchange rate check, running simulations, and submitting an individual number (My Number) will remain available.
    • *The International Money Transfer App is planned to be suspended from 0:00 to 7:00 on January 10, 2023 (Tuesday).
  • (4) Online account transfer service and online payment service
    Both services will not be available.
  • (5)Account linking service
    For the link with a household account book App, the balance and statement of accounts will not be updated.
    For the service of a payment service provider, you will not be able to register your account or charge to your account.
  • (6)Notification email service
    Notification emails will not be sent during the maintenance work hours.
    Notification emails initially planned to be sent during the maintenance work hours will be sent in sequence after the completion of the work.
