Joint use of personal data

Information regarding the joint use of personal data specified in Article 6 of the ７ｉＤ Account Registration Terms and Conditions is disclosed as follows. Personal data of customers who have not agreed with the ７ｉＤ Account Registration Terms and Conditions is excluded from the scope of joint use.

Personal data items that may be jointly used

1.Deposit account information
Name, gender, postal code, address, date of birth, email address, telephone number, mobile phone number, nanaco number, etc.
2.Contract information
Type of contract, contract date, customer number, and other information necessary to manage transactions
3.Transaction information of the deposit account
Balance, transaction amount, account history, information on the ATM used, and other items related to transactions
4.Information on the use of the Debit Card Service
Date of use, amount used, merchant number, and other items related to transactions
5.Information on the use of the Loan Service
Date of use, amount used, information on the ATM used, and other items related to transactions
6.Information on the use of the ７ｉＤ Account Registration Service
Information acquired through the registration of the ７ｉＤ account and the use of the service after the registration

Scope of joint users

Personal data of customers is to be used jointly by Seven & i Group entities (meaning Seven & i Holdings Co., Ltd., consolidated companies and equity method affiliates specified in securities reports and other reports of Seven & i Holdings Co., Ltd., and franchisees of these companies engaging in the franchise business), which are located in Japan. The consolidated companies and equity method affiliates of Seven & i Holdings Co., Ltd. are as listed on the following website.

Purposes of joint use

1.To accept applications for ７ｉＤ account registration
2.To maintain and improve the services provided by Seven & i Group entities and other partner companies, and develop and improve the products and services provided by the Seven & i Group
3.To provide information and respond to inquiries concerning the services provided by Seven & i Group entities and other partner companies
4.To provide information on various events implemented by the Seven & i Group or third parties, communicate with applicants and participants, send and provide premiums and gifts, and carry out other activities for holding events
5.To advertise the Seven & i Group or third parties (including making proposals on advertisements and products tailored to customers by analyzing customers’ contract information, deposit account information, and information on the use of the Debit Card Service and the Loan Service)
6.To analyze product and service sales trends and customer trends for the Seven & i Group or third parties
7.To deal with a breach of the ７ｉＤ membership rules, etc.
8.For purposes accompanying the purposes listed above
